How recently was it that you had a conversation with someone about wearing masks? How recently was it that you had a conversation with someone about the covid19 virus? When was the last time you had a conversation with someone about Jesus?
I asks because I know too many Christians side-step conversing about Jesus. We can talk about many other subjects, right! But there’s no getting around that the main path to a person’s coming to Jesus is through a believer’s speech. That’s the heartbeat of Romans 10:17 which says; Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
Today I want to share four words that have helped mold my understanding of what a Christ-centered life looks like, they are source, motive, goal and hope!
And then let’s discuss what a “Christ-centered home” resembles. Does it reflect a Christ-centered heart? There are some common features we can expect to find in every Christ-centered home, they are joy, order, grace, service, spiritual discipline, and a focus on God’s will.
Thanks for watching.
